Reed Consulting recognizes and respects the privacy of our clients and has established this privacy policy. FFS recognizes the sensitivity of the information our clients entrust to us. This policy describes why, what, and how we collect client information, what we use the information for and how you can tell us if you prefer to limit the use of your information.

We collect general information on the pages accessed by website visitors. The information we collect is used for internal purposes only, e.g., to improve the content of the web site. We do not share, rent or sell our client lists to any other organizations. We may request your e-mail address or mailing address for the purposes of conducting a survey or to make you aware of our additional service offerings, e.g. information about seminars, newsletters or other programs.

We have a strict “no spam” policy; that means that we do not intend to sell, rent or otherwise give your e-mail address to a third party, without your consent.

If you apply for a free quote, we need to know certain information, e.g., your employer name, your name, e-mail address, mailing address and possibly individual creditor information. This allows us to evaluate your current financial situation and present you with the best plan of action. Your information will not be shared or sold to third parties for any reason. None of your personal or account information is stored online. Any information collected online is immediately transferred to our offline database for storage. Sensitive account information will be collected via mail from copies of the most current bills you send to us.

The FFS Debt Management Program is only available for residents of the United States. Members must be US residents and must possess at least one US bank account. All debts must be payable in US dollars.

Reed Consulting will disclose personal information when required by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to 1) conform to law or comply with a legal process, 2) protect and defend the rights and property of Reed Consulting or visitors to debtmgmtsolutions.org, 3) identify persons who may be violating the law, legal notice or the rights of third parties, and cooperate with the investigations of purported unlawful activities.

Reed Consulting’ website contains links to other web sites. Reed Consulting is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such web sites. Reed Consulting does not share any of the individual personal information you provide to us with the sites to which Reed Consulting links.

By using our web site, you consent to this agreement; you also consent to the collection and use of information by Reed Consulting as specified above. If we change our privacy policy, we will post the changes on this page so that you are always aware of why, what, and how we collect client information and under what circumstances we will disclose it. All Financial Freedom Solutions clients will be given two (2) weeks notice via e-mail of any changes in this privacy policy. If you wish to dispute those changes, you must do so within two weeks of being notified.
