This module covers the home buying process, i.e., improving your credit score, determining how much house you can afford, working with a real estate agent, finding a mortgage lender, choosing the right mortgage, and understanding the closing process.

Insurance Planning
This module addresses the need for insurance and the different types of insurance coverage. The module also covers assessing insurance need, choosing a carrier, insurance limits, comparative cost analysis, etc.

Estate Planning
This module addresses how to determine who needs an estate plan, the components of an estate plan, elements of an estate, and how to choose professional assistance, when needed.

Investing
This module focuses on the type of investment instruments, investment allocation methods, pros and cons of certain kind of investments, plus a stock market primer.

Financial Planning
This module covers how to get started on building a financial plan (goals), choosing a financial planner, how to work with a financial planner, and how to identify and understand the components of a good financial plan.
