Bill Reed

Bill Reed is currently President of Reed Consulting Inc., an IRS approved 501 (C) 3 non-profit organization. He has served on the Washington State Commission of African American Affairs, an organization whose mission is to encourage the development and implementation of policies, programs and practices that improve the lives of African American citizens residing in Washington State.

Mr. Reed has worked over twenty five (25) years in the field of finance/accounting. He was successful at several Fortune 500 companies, with Microsoft Corporation being the last private sector employer. Bill is currently an accounting instructor at a local community college.

Believers in public and community service, Mr. and Mrs. Reed founded and co-chair the Scholarship Committee for the Yes You Can Scholarship Fund, providing college scholarships to African-American students in Tipton County, Tennessee and King and Snohomish Counties in Washington. They also plan and sponsor annually minority college career conferences, focused on middle and high school students, in Tipton County Tennessee and Snohomish County Washington. Further, Mr. and Mrs. Reed have established scholarship funds to benefit minority high school students at Western Washington University, Motlow State Community College, Everett Community College and the University of Tennessee at Martin. Mr. Reed has served as Commissioner for the Washington State Commission on African-American Affairs, a position appointed by the State Governor. At the request of the University President, he has also served as co-chair of the Western Washington University Multicultural Advisory Board.

Mr. Reed holds an undergraduate degree in accounting from Union University, located in Jackson Tennessee, and a master of business administration degree from Western Washington University, located in Bellingham Washington.

Mr. Reed passed the CPA exam, is an Accredited Financial Counselor and has earned the designation of Certified Housing Counselor from the Association for Financial Counseling and Planning Education (AFCPE).

Marcella F. Reed

Principal, Marcella Reed Law, PLLC
Marcella Fleming Reed is a Consultant, specializing in Employment and Labor Law and Human Resources. Prior to becoming a Consultant, she was Director of Employee Relations for The Boeing Company. She also held an Attorney position in the Office of The General Counsel at the Boeing Company. Prior to joining The Boeing Company, Ms. Reed practiced employment and labor law at two other law firms. Before she enrolled in law school, Ms. Reed was an Elementary school teacher in the Fairfax County Public Schools.

Ms. Reed is past president of Loren Miller Bar Association and is a board member and Secretary of the Washington State Special Olympics Organization and a former board member and active supporter of Family Services.

Ms. Reed holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in education from the University of Iowa and obtained her Juris Doctorate from the University of Virginia.

Teresa Bryce

Teresa A. Bryce is Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Nexstar Financial Corporation. Before assuming her position, Ms. Bryce was General Counsel of Bank of America Mortgage and Associate General Counsel of Bank of America Corporation. She has previously been General Counsel of PNC Mortgage Corporation of America, Vice President and Associate General Counsel for the Prudential Home Mortgage Company, an associate with the law firm of Piper & Marbury and a law clerk to former Chief Justice Robert N. Wilentz of the New Jersey Supreme Court.

Ms. Bryce is a member of the Consumer Advisory Council of the Federal Reserve Board serving as the Chair of its Consumer Credit Subcommittee. She is also active in the mortgage industry having served on the 2001 Board of Directors of the Mortgage Bankers Association of America and continuing to currently serve on its Residential Board of Governors. Ms. Bryce also serves on the Legislative Steering Committee, the Ethics Task Force and the Habitat for Humanity Committee of the Mortgage Bankers. She has also served as the Chair of the MBA's Legal Issues Committee, Chair of the MBA's State Legislative and Regulatory Committee and as the MBA State Committees Public Policy Liaison to the Advisory Council of the American Association of Residential Mortgage Regulators among other roles. Ms. Bryce is a member of the Executive Committee of the Research Institute for Housing America.

Ms. Bryce is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority and serves on the Board of Directors for the Shakespeare Festival of St. Louis. She also serves on the Board of Directors for the Walter N. Ridley Scholarship Fund at the University of Virginia. At First Presbyterian Church of St. Louis, she sings in the choir and was recently elected as a Deacon.

Ms. Bryce holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Virginia and obtained her Juris Doctorate from Columbia University.

Michael Boyd

Michael D. Boyd is Database Manager for Fujitsu PC Corporation where he is responsible for design, implementation and support of all databases; programming team management; data integrity; training documentation and day-to-day management of his department. Mr. Boyd is certified in SQL DBA and Microsoft Access. He is an active supporter of the Tipton County Minority Career Conference and the Dyer County Minority Career Conference. Mr. Boyd is a graduate of the University of Memphis with a degree in Management Information Systems.

Richard Charlson

Richard Charlson is a retired Senior Manager from Microsoft. He has worked as Finance Manager, Business Manager, Business Consultant, and Controller for several Fortune 500 companies. Mr. Charlson is an active supporter of the Stanwood School District. He is a Certified Public Accountant, received a Master of Business from the University of Miami; Coral Gables, FL and a Bachelor of Science, Accounting, from Iowa State University; Ames, IA.
